We see Circle J at the Fort Worth Stock Show every year and I always stop to admire their products. Each time, the staff have been attentive, friendly, and very knowledgeable. Their products are above and beyond when it comes to quality. I finally got a fire pit, and love it so much that I am considering also buying the smoker. When I have stopped by their location in White Settlement, I have always received great customer service. I highly recommend Circle J!

They had no interest in servicing the customer. In January I went to the Fort Worth Stock Show and ordered a large cooker for the monthly cookout on the airport costing a little over $1000 for everyone to enjoy. It was paid for in full at the moment of purchase. The company was Circle J Fabrication Inc located in White Settlement. The first thing listed on the receipt was my name, address and phone number. They kept a copy as did I. Because the Stock Show was still in progress for two days I was told they would call me as soon as the weekend was over so I could get my purchase. I did not hear from them for two weeks so I called the company and spoke with them. I was told not to call back, they would call me when they were ready with the cooker; they didn’t have it in stock; the woman read my recite back to me and recorded my phone number for contact. After five weeks I again had heard nothing so I called them again. They now claimed they had no contact information for and and therefore that is why I had heard nothing. They then read my recite to me which contained all my contact information. Eventually it was agreed they would deliver to me the following day. Except they didn’t. At the near end of the day I called them again. Again it was agreed they would deliver the following day. Except they didn’t. So I called again. I was then told that I would be contacted no later than 11:30am the following day for delivery that day by the owner. Except neither happened. So finally after five weeks, no contact initiated by them, broken promises I asked for my money back. This is where it really got interesting. They had never initiated a call to me. I did get my money back (supposedly, I’ll know Monday), but the owner called me and cannot understand why o want my money back or why I’m upset at the company. He stated to me the reason I didn’t get the cooker was his trucks were full and the reason for no phone calls were he was busy with vendors. I told him he might want to take care of paying customers first to which he replied it was unfortunate I had the viewpoint I did about receiving my product. He was also a braggart about being a Fireman.... whatever. I was then told that I should have driven to his production facility “if” I really lived where I stated on the receipt. So, I asked him why I would lie about my address. Why should I have to drive to his facility when I called them several times and spoke directly with him and his receptionist, why they never returned a call. “J” then made the following statement several times. “There’s nothing I can do to make you happy”. So here is the point. I never asked for a discount, extra stuff, free anything. I told him all he had to do was give me what I had paid for. Paid for over five weeks ago. Paid in full on the spot. Paid for with a recite that contained every possible way to contact me. It would really not take much to make me happy. Give to me what I had ordered. His response was to tell me I was the one who had a problem, not them. Great. I supposedly am being returned the money however—— Do not do any business with Circle J Fabrication in Inc @ White Settlement. Please share if you feel inclined.

I love all their products. I’ve coveted their larger grills for a couple years now. I have never been more impressed with a company. I purchased one of their Texas Birdbaths a few years ago from a butcher in McKinney. The grilling grate began to break down and get holes in it this year. I called Circle J expecting to have to pay a little and maybe I’d get a new grate. Nope, they gave me an entire new birdbath. Great customer service.
